Our office specializes in the sales of condominiums, co-ops, townhomes, single family homes, multi family homes, commercial property, and rental properties. We service resales or new, foreclosed homes or bank owned and short sales.
What areas does your office serve?
The area we most commonly serve is Hudson County which includes but not limited to Hoboken, Jersey City (all areas), Weehawken, Secaucus, Union City, North Bergen, West New York and Edgewater; we also service Bergen County.
How many people are in your office?
We currently have 54 agents in our office (includes broker, full time and part time agents) and 5 staff members.
What do you do to ensure success in your office?
To ensure the success of our office, we maintain a positive attitude through open communication and support of our agents throughout their transactions with training, current technology implementations, and weekly meetings.
What sets your office apart from others?
Since RE/MAX Gold Coast Realty opened its doors 16 years ago, Daniel Voehringer, the Broker/Open, has fostered a culture of integrity. There is an environment cultivated here of agents who care about their clients and the quality of their service. Our agents and support staff strive to be knowledgeable and in the front lines of breaking news and technology. Our average agent at RE/MAX Gold Coast Realty is nowhere near average. The atmosphere created here is one of high, mutual respect… We are also a family. Another point that sets us apart from others is the all the work we do for the community and charities such as fundraising for CMN, Susan G Komen, we do Thanksgiving dinner drives for less fortunate families (last year we fed 56 families with full meals), volunteer at the Hoboken Shelter, volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, and we held fundraisers to help aid Haiti after the earthquake.
